I became a physician because of a life long desire to help people. When I was a young boy, my mother took me to my allergy doctor and my pediatrician, who both had a common belief that patient care is the number one priority. They showed a genuine interest in helping me feel better, and would stop at nothing to ensure I was a healthy child. I knew then that I wanted to become a doctor so that I could help others experience exceptional patient care.

Covid-19 Update 😷

COVID-19 Facts:

The new coronavirus latches its spiky surface proteins to receptors on healthy cells, especially those in your lungs. COVID-19 causes an inflammatory response on the body. Therefore antibiotics will not treat COVID-19. Currently there is not an FDA approved treatment for COVID-19. If you are having symptoms please contact us first so that we can help treat and minimize your symptoms. We recommend taking supplements to help boost your immune system that way if you get COVID-19 your body is healthy enough to fight the infection.

Recommendations for Managing COVID:

  • Vitamin C 2000mg Twice Daily
  • Vitamin D3 5000iu Daily
  • Zinc Sulfate 220mg Daily
  • Elderberry
  • Hydration/Rest
  • May use Tylenol alternating with Aleve. *Avoid Aleve if you are taking anti-coagulation therapy such as Xarelto, Eliquis and Coumadin.

Most importantly-please contact the office if you develop symptoms and have tested positive for COVID-19. We may be able to refer for additional therapy with Regeneron (monoclonal antibodies) via Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
